This is what I tried many many years ago. My husband liked it, but I lost the recipe. If someone has something similar to this, please share the recipes.　Thanks.

Cook Chicken with white wine, celery, green olives and juice from the green olive jar.　

I think chicken is fried a bit before you add other ingredients.
