サワークリームを使った、簡単レシピです。
試して見てください。
2 eggs
16oz cream cheese(2-8oz packages)
1 sour cream (I think 16oz)
1/2 cup sugar (for step#1)
2 tablespoons sugar (for step#3)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for step#1)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for step#3)
1 any type of crust
1-- Beat 2 eggs and add and mix up cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract until smooth.
2-- Put #1 in a crust and bake it @375 F degrees for about 25 min.
3-- Mix sour cream and add vanilla extract, sugar, vanilla extract.
4-- Put #3 on the #2 (baked cream cheese mixture)
5-- Bake #4 for about 7-10 min.
6-- Cool it off and refrigerate it.
